1. Return Eligibility:
a. We accept returns or exchanges for defective merchandise within 7 days from the shipping date.
b. Items purchased during a "Special Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process:

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
c. Please ensure that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

3. Return Shipping:
a. If you are returning defective merchandise for a refund, a return shipping fee of HKD 40 will be deducted from your refund amount.
b. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
c. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective merchandise.

4. Exchanges:
